By accessing DutchThemeparkNetwork.com or at any other related internet address you (“User”) agree that the User has read and agrees to all of the following terms and conditions:

1. Intellectual Property Ownership.Dutch Themepark Network is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in and to all aspects of the Site including, without limitation, any related patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, service marks, goodwill, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights or intangible assets recognized under any laws or international conventions. Dutch Themepark Network may modify, disable, or delete the Site, its functions and/or Site content at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

2. Limited License: Dutch Themepark Network grants users a limited license to use the materials made available on the Site only for User’s personal use. The materials on the Site shall not be used for any commercial purposes whatsoever. User acknowledges that any copies or derivative works created from the materials on the Site shall be the sole and exclusive property of Dutch Themepark Network.  

3. User Conduct. Users shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. User agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and User shall be solely responsible and liable for all acts or omissions that occur while User or any agent of User accesses the Site.

4. Links to Third Party Web Sites. Clicking on certain hyperlinks on Dutchthemeparknetwork.com may open a third party Web site, which in some cases may be an advertiser. Dutch Themepark Network does not control third party Web sites and is not responsible for the contents of any referenced or linked-to, third party Web sites or any hyperlink in a linked-to site or the content or use thereof.

Dutch Themepark Network is not an official site of any Theme Parks. Please call hotels, airlines, restaurants, merchants, theme parks and/or resorts directly, or visit their official web pages to confirm critical information before your visit.

Dutch Theme Park Network (“DTN”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. In this Privacy Policy we explain what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the GDPR. DTN is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with DTN, we may collect:

A. Data you provide to us

  • Message content (contact forms, email, DMs)

  • Social media handle (if you contact us there)

  • Billing/shipping details (only if you buy something directly from us)

  • Information you share in surveys, giveaway entries, or community forms

  • Purpose: customer service, answering questions, media requests

  • Purpose: sending DTN updates, videos, articles, offers

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Contact messages: typically up to 12 months after completion

  • Newsletter subscription data: until you unsubscribe

  • Orders/invoices: as required by tax/accounting laws (7 years in NL)

  • Analytics data: 14 months depending on settings

  • Giveaways/community forms: until the activity ends + a short period for admin

Children

DTN’s website and content are not intended for children. If we rely on consent for processing, children under 16 in the Netherlands cannot provide valid consent on their own—parent/guardian authorization is required.
