  • Fēnix: As one of Europe’s fastest wing coasters, Fēnix takes you on a thrilling ride through loops, sharp turns, and breathtaking drops. This majestic roller coaster gives you the sensation of flying, soaring through the skies like a phoenix.

  • Troy: The legendary wooden roller coaster, Troy, is one of the park's most iconic attractions. Known for its speed and exhilarating twists and turns, it’s a must-ride for thrill lovers.

  • Avalon: Step into the magical world of Avalon, where you can embark on a mystical boat journey through Merlin's Castle on Merlin’s Quest or experience the stunning flying coaster Fēnix.

  • Maximus’ Blitz Bahn: This alpine coaster takes you on a high-speed bobsled adventure. Control your own speed as you race down the track, but be sure to hold on tight!

Toverland is perfect for families, offering plenty of attractions for younger visitors while still delivering excitement for older guests. Indoor and outdoor areas ensure fun no matter the weather:

  • Land van Toos: This colorful indoor area is perfect for younger children, with gentle rides, a play area, and magical experiences like the spinning coaster Toos-Express.

  • Djengu River: A family-friendly water ride that takes you on a wild, splashing journey through rapids and waterfalls.

Toverland hosts a range of special seasonal events, bringing extra magic to your visit. One of the most popular is Halloween Nights, where the park is transformed with spooky decorations, scare actors, and haunted houses. TICKET OPTIONS, OPENING HOURS AND COSTS

  • Opening Hours: Toverland is open year-round, with extended hours during the summer and special events like Halloween Nights. Check the official website for specific dates and times.

  • Tickets: Tickets are available online, and it’s a good idea to book in advance to take advantage of discounts. You can buy discount tickets here. Toverland also offers family packages and annual passes for frequent visitors.

  • Location & Accessibility: Toverland is located in Sevenum, about a two-hour drive from Amsterdam. The park is easily accessible by car with plenty of parking available, and public transport options are also convenient.

HOW TO GET TO TOVERLAND

The park is located in the province of Limburg, close to the A67 highway between Eindhoven and Venlo. It’s easy to reach from anywhere in the Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium. Driving is the easiest and most popular way to travel to Toverland. It's about a 2 hour drive from Amsterdam.

  • If you’re coming from the west (Eindhoven / Tilburg / Breda): follow the A67 toward Venlo.

  • From the east (Germany): follow the A67 toward Eindhoven.

  • Take exit 38 – Sevenum, and from there, follow the signs for Toverland.

  • Toverland has a large on-site parking area next to the entrance.

  • Parking is paid; you can buy a parking ticket online in advance or at the machines near the entrance.

Getting to Toverland by Train + Bus

Toverland doesn’t have its own train station, but it’s very accessible via a short bus ride from the nearest station: Station Horst–Sevenum. This is the closest train station to the park and is served by regional trains.

From the station, take Arriva bus 79 or bus 679 directly toward Toverland.

  • Travel time: 10–15 minutes

  • Bus stop: Sevenum, Toverland

  • From the stop, it’s about 5–10 minutes walking to the entrance.

 

Insider Tips

  • Visit early or late in the day: To avoid crowds, plan to arrive early or stay until closing time. The park is usually quieter during these hours.

  • All-weather fun: Don’t worry about the weather! With both indoor and outdoor attractions, Toverland is a great choice for any time of year.

  • Plan for multiple days: Toverland is a large park with plenty to explore. If you have the time, consider staying nearby and visiting over two days to fully enjoy the magic and adventure.
